Cogent Land LLP - expected to apply for planning permission for SER9a before Xmas

Cogent Land LLP who held a drop-in exhibition at the old school on 17th September 2015 are expected to apply for planning permission for SER9b - the land west of Little Wakering Road and to the south of Barrow Hall Road before Christmas 2015.

The Local Development Framework (LDF) policy identified this land plus SER9b as part of the Housing Development land in the Allocations Document. See link below http://www.rochford.gov.uk/sites/rochford.gov.uk/files/documents/files/planning_all_allplan.pdf

 

Pages 17 – 23 refer to the former Brickworks site and present industrial estate. Planning permission has been obtained for 116 dwellings.

Pages 76 – 81 refer to SER9a (land between Barrow Hall Road and Southend Road and SER9b (land south of the High Street).

According to the document SER9 (a+b) are to be developed post 2021, but may be brought forward in certain circumstances detailed in the above document.
